超聲檢測


        超聲檢測是指利用超聲波對金屬構件內部缺陷進行檢查的一種無損探傷方法。用發射探頭向構件表面通過耦合劑發射超聲波,超聲波在構件內部傳播時遇到不同界面將有不同的反射回波信號。利用不同反射信號傳遞到探頭的時間差,可以檢查到構件內部的缺陷。根據在熒光屏上顯示出的回波信號的高度、位置等可以判斷缺陷的大小、位置和大致性質。

        超聲檢測能有效檢測出原材料和零部件存在的缺陷,以及焊接接頭內存在的缺陷,裂紋、未焊透、未焊透等缺陷檢出率較高。一般適用的原材料、零部件有:鋼板、鋼鍛件、鋁及鋁合金板材、鈦及鈦合金板材、復合板、無縫鋼管等。適用的對接焊接接頭有:鋼制對接接頭(包括管座角焊縫、T形焊接接頭,支撐架和結構件),鋁及鋁合金對接接頭。
