滲透檢測


       滲透檢測是一種以毛細作用原理為基礎的檢查表面開口缺陷的無損檢測方法。工件表面被施涂含有熒光染料或者著色染料的滲透劑后,在毛細作用下經過一定時間,滲透劑可以滲入表面開口缺陷中;去除工件表面多余的滲透劑,經過干燥后,再在工件表面施涂吸附介質——顯像劑;同樣在毛細作用下,顯像劑將吸引缺陷中的滲透劑,即滲透劑回滲到顯像中;在一定的光源下(黑光或白光),缺陷處的滲透劑痕跡被顯示(黃綠色熒光或鮮艷紅色),從而探測出缺陷的形貌及分布狀態。

      滲透檢測是工業無損檢測應用最早的無損檢測方法,由于滲透檢測簡單易操作,其在現代工業的各個領域都有廣泛的應用。滲透檢測主要應用是檢查非多孔性金屬材料(鋼、鋁合金、鎂合金、銅合金、耐熱合金等)和非金屬(塑料、陶瓷等)工件的表面開口缺陷,例如表面裂紋、氣孔等。適用于重要設備機械、壓力容器、石油儲罐等工業設施承壓設備在制造、安裝及使用中產生的表面開口缺陷的檢測。
